After finishing his studies with us here at LDE UTC in the summer of 2020, we were so pleased when Shahnawaz gained a professional apprenticeship with international engineering enterprise Laing O’Rourke

Now Shahnawaz is thrilled to be a Trainee Quantity Surveyor with Laing O’Rourke, and part of the construction team responsible for the redevelopment of the Olympia Exhibition Centre in Kensington, West London.

The reconstruction is being spearheaded by a company called Future Olympia, who chose to interview Shahnawaz for their online journal in their website. He was asked for his impressions while working with Laing O’Rourke on this major redevelopment.
