Our college had the privilege of welcoming Bronwen from Access Inspiration, an organisation dedicated to empowering young minds in pursuit of their career aspirations, to introduce our year 12 learners to the incredible opportunities and insights they provide. 

Access Inspiration is a forward-thinking organization committed to bridging the gap between students and professionals, offering students invaluable real-world experience across a variety of industries. Their collaborative efforts with numerous London-based businesses result in a multitude of programs designed to help young individuals navigate the maze of career options available to them. 

During Bronwen's visit she shared three key facets of Access Inspiration's work: 
Career Exploration: Access Inspiration is dedicated to helping students explore diverse career paths by providing work experience placements during half-term breaks and summer holidays. These placements offer students a glimpse into various industries, enabling them to make well-informed decisions about their future careers. 
Skills Workshops: The organisation conducts a series of workshops focused on enhancing essential skills like CV writing, interview techniques, and crafting personal statements. These workshops are tailored to boost students' confidence and employability. 
Industry Insights: Access Inspiration organises industry-specific talks where seasoned professionals share their career journeys and insights. This unique opportunity allows students to delve into different career options and seek advice from industry experts.
