Welcome to LDE UT6 Form

Congratulations on accepting your offer to join London Design & Engineering UT6 Form. This page contains everything you need to prepare for enrolment. Please read the information below before Results Day and watch our short enrolment guide, which explains how to complete your online enrolment through Applicaa.

 

Enrolment Guide

Our step-by-step video shows you how to:

  • Log into your Applicaa account
  • Upload your passport or birth certificate
  • Upload your passport-style photograph
  • Upload your proof of address documents
  • Upload your GCSE results
  • Complete the enrolment section of your application

 

Results Day

Your enrolment arrangements will depend on where you're currently studying and whether you've already completed parts of the enrolment process.

 
Current LDE UTC Year 11 learners
If you've just completed Year 11 at London Design & Engineering UTC:

  • Arrive at the college at 8:00am to collect your GCSE results.
  • After collecting your results, you'll meet with a member of staff to complete your enrolment.
  • Please do not leave until your enrolment and destinations form have been completed.
  • You do not need to upload your GCSE results, as we already have them on our system.
     

Joining us from another school

If you're joining us from another school:

  • Collect your GCSE results from your current school.
  • Follow the steps in the Enrolment Guide video above.
  • Submit your completed enrolment through Applicaa.
  • Once you've submitted your application, our Admissions Team will verify your GCSE results before confirming your place.

 
Enrolment Appointments

Auto Enrolment
If you've already had your careers conversation and chosen Auto Enrolment:

  • Begin uploading your GCSE results from 8:00am.
  • Applications will begin being processed from 9:30am.
  • Once your place has been confirmed, you'll receive an Enrolment Confirmation Email by midday.
  • If you do not meet the entry requirements for your chosen course(s), you'll need to attend the college from 10:30am. Please bring your Auto Enrolment email with you.

 
Applicants invited to a 10:30am appointment

If you've completed your LDE Passport and have received an invitation to attend an enrolment appointment, please arrive at 10:30am. Please bring your invitation email with you.

 
All other applicants

If you haven't been invited to an earlier appointment, please attend the college from 2:00pm after completing your online enrolment through Applicaa.

 
Friday Enrolment

If you're unable to enrol on Thursday, we'll also be available on Friday from 9:00am until 12:00pm. Please note that availability on some courses may be limited.

 
If You're Away on Holiday

If you'll be away on Results Day, please contact the Admissions Team as soon as possible by emailing [email protected].

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your WhatsApp number
  • We'll contact you on Results Day once you've uploaded your GCSE results.

 
Important Information

Your place at LDE UT6 Form is not confirmed until:

  • We've verified the GCSE results you've entered against your uploaded results statement.
  • You've met the entry requirements for your chosen course(s).
  • A place remains available on your chosen course(s).
  • You've received your official Enrolment Confirmation Email, confirming your courses.
  • We recommend that you also keep a backup post-16 option available until your place has been confirmed.
